Measurability
UHG offers a variety of tailored evaluation and reporting tools to assist decision makers in evaluating the benefits of a particular program or the results of a specific initiative.
Reasons for measuring a wellness initiative include:
- obtaining feedback so that programming efforts can be improved;

- medical claims
Tools that can be utilised to assist in the measurability and evaluation process include:
- population analysis reports
- program registration sheets
- participant feedback surveys - mid and post
